Martin Judge is the CEO and Founder of The Judge Group, a leading professional services firm providing technolgy, talent, and learning solutions.  Mr. Judge founded the company in 1970 and is regarded as a pioneer in the human capital management and staffing industries.  In 2003, Judge successfully took The Judge Group private to reinvest capital and grow to over 30 locations in the United States, Canada and China.  In 2010, Judge and veteran award-winning anchor and producer Lou Tilley, expanded The Judge Group to include Lou Tilley Media, a comprehensive video production, creative and marketing company that is entering its fourth season as producers of Soul football telecasts as well as a weekly Soul magazine show on Comcast TV.

Judge joined the Philadelphia Soul Ownership Group in 2011.  In 2012, Judge and business partner Ron Jaworski formed AFL Global with the goal of taking professional arena football abroad.  After the Chinese government awarded them the rights and approval to bring this unique game of American football to China, the China American Football League (CAFL) was formed.  In November 2013, the CAFL (formerly Ganlan Media International) hosted the first ever, American-style professional arena football game in Beijing, China.  Judge is a dedicated supporter of several charities including the American Cancer Society, ALS Foundation, American Red Cross, American Heart Assocation, March of Dimes and TechImpact.
